I'm a Microsoft 365 administrator with years of hands-on work in multi-company environments — Exchange, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, SharePoint. Day to day I run a tenant serving several companies, so the problems I write about aren't from a lab — they're from production.

This blog is a working notebook: configuration holes I find at clients (always anonymised), scripts that save me hours, and lessons from building small business apps.
